Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, 

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. 

A 10% Re-Stock fee will also be applied to all returns. 

Cancellation Policy

• Please contact customer service immediately at (626) 287-5000 if you wish to change or cancel your order.

• A 8% cancellation fee is charged on canceled orders that have not been shipped. This does not apply to exchanges or returns.
